Shipping and Handling

Now a Flat Rate. Shipments are typically USPS 1st or Priority Mail, depending on weight!
To receive the correct shipping amount during checkout at the top of the screen, use the
"calculate total order amount" link and enter the shipping Zip code.

Payment Methods:

1) Paypal: Use the "Add to Cart". This will bring you to the secure Ultimate Tooth Fairy Shopping Cart. Check your items, total and S+H are correct, then proceed to the checkout. Once in the Paypal checkout you'll have two choices. Pick the first option to "Pay Fast with Paypal", by using you e-mail address (as registered by Paypal), plus your password. This is the fastest method for current Paypal users.

2) Credit Card (VISA, M'card, AmEx, Discover): Use the "Add to Cart". This will bring you to the secure Ultimate Tooth Fairy shopping Cart. Check your items, total and S+H are correct, then proceed to the checkout. Once in the Paypal checkout you'll have two choices. Pick the second option, using the "Don't have a Paypal account?" option. Here you'll go through a typical online payment process, name, address, card type, card number etc.

 

Issues with Credit Card Failing during Checkout Process:

If you go through the checkout process and you're notified the credit card payment has failed, there are three common reasons. (listed most likely first)

1) Credit Card number, Expiry Date, or validation number (e.g. 3 numbers on the back of VISA, 4
number on front of AmEx Cards) are incorrectly copied into the relevant field.

2) Some Credit Card don't allow shipping to anywhere but the address your credit card Bill is sent
to. You can try sending the gifts to yourself and then forward on if necessary. This issue is card
dependant and often people are unaware their card has this safety feature.

3) Paypal has an issue: very unlikely but everything is possible. You can either try again in 30
mins or call us and we can process the order.

About Paypal

At Ultimate Tooth Fairy we strive for excellence and value. This is the primary reason we use the
number one online payment service in the USA, PayPal.

As long as you have a Credit Card you can use PayPal. You do not need to be a registered PayPal user. PayPal will now let you proceed through the checkout, make your order and then choose not have your information saved. Regular PayPal users can proceed as normal, by simply logging in when prompted.

Why do we use PayPal? Put very simply, we are charged less than 3% for Credit Card transactions, which is generally cheaper than other Merchant options. These saving are then passed to our customers.

Add to that, PayPal is 128bit encrypted, which means your personal information (including Credit
Card number) is more secure than the vast majority of sites which have their own Shopping Cart
and Checkout process.

Follow-ups and shipping notices

All orders should be followed by a personal response, indicating the predicted delivery times. The
delivery times are based on USPS published figures (currently 1-5 days for 1st Class and 1-3 days for Priority). Occasionally, USPS fail to meet these published times (possibly due to some mischievous pixies in the sorting room) and we have the unfortunate event that you're gift fails to arrive as predicted. In such circumstances, we are powerless to predict the actual delivery date, as USPS only allows a package query once 30 days has elapsed from shipment.

Typically (95% of the time), packages arrive as predicted. Express and Priority Delivery (2-3 or 2-4 working days, respectively) can normally be arranged by adding $16 or $6 (see button at top right of page) to the shipping total in PayPal and adding a note or e-mail requesting Express/Priority delivery. This doesn't guarantee faster creation times of personalized items (such as pillows or bracelets), just that the shipping will be expedited and every effort will be made to meet a wobbly tooth deadline.

Refund Policy:

Although we are hopeful that you will be satisfied with our range of products, we do offer a 30 day,
full money back refund policy, where the cost of goods (excluding shipping) will be refunded to your credit card or Paypal account. This unfortunately excludes personalized items such as pillows, as the return goods are not resalable. The cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer, unless agreed otherwise. This said, we are confident that the products listed are accurately represented and are of the highest quality.  In the unfortunate case where defective or damaged goods are received, Ultimate Tooth Fairy will arrange for a replacement.
